@zander_odom Almost overnight when changed certain aspects. ex. Applying backtested system and then for discretionary it was proper stock selection

These changes result in immediate p&l but we make them harder than they need to be by not accepting change and overlooking important variables

Nobody is willing to put in the work. They are all lazy. They would rather take the easy way out and get some corporate job than be willing to go for it.

I just turned 21 years old this month and I have my whole life ahead of me.
