again, ownership isn't the dispute here, ive never lost access to my account, I just need the registered email changed, and yet my appeals get denied like Im not the actual fucking owner of my own account

theres only so much you can do when you provide the exact date of creation and current password that is able to login to the acc, not to mention im in the same house with same ISP to which ive provided these details. Ample evidence has been shown and yet the appeal still deny.
