“By the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.” —1 Corinthians 15:10
“I know, O Lord, that your rules are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.” Psalm 119:75
Dear Christian, pay no attention to those who say your affliction is merely random or demonic.
The one who said, “I am not worthy to untie Jesus’s shoes,” told the crowds and the tax collectors and the soldiers how to behave (Luke 3:10–16).
Pastors, your boldness is based on God’s direction, not your perfection.
