@skelyal @Brian_Scally I said in multiple follow-up posts that it was edited poorly and misrepresentative. I don’t believe anyone explicitly lied. I do believe Kyle is remorseful. I do believe the justice system is awful in general and worse for POC. And I believe DWI should be represented correctly.

And I think here there is a clear basis: a list of multiple and separate incidences of alcohol and traffic charges. Simple deductive reasoning, I’m content to hold someone accountable for DWI

@skelyal @Brian_Scally I think something as serious as DWI should be painted in the proper light, not misrepresented as “months in jail for holding a beer”.

Accountability shouldn’t be shameful. Kyle seems remorseful and seems like someone who appreciates accountability
