If you want to buy a house, support ending the 60-day grace period. The real-estate lobby is trying to stop this. Housing prices will crash if the 60-day grace period is removed. Only GC holders and citizens will buy a house if there is no 60-day grace after an H-1B layoff. The impact is bigger than you think.

What’s more irritating is that Indians behave like they have a right to stay in America.
