A major milestone in Vietnam’s digital evolution has just been achieved, as SSI Digital (SSID) - the digital investment arm of Vietnam’s largest financial institution, SSI - officially led the Series A investment round in U2U Network, a next-generation Layer-1 blockchain focused on DePIN infrastructure and enterprise scalability.

This strategic investment marks a strong commitment to bridging traditional finance with Web3 innovation and co-building the national digital infrastructure of the future.

A signing ceremony was held on June 19, 2025, between SSID and U2U Network, underscoring Vietnam’s rising position as a blockchain hub in Southeast Asia. Both sides are committed to a long-term collaboration focused on empowering tech startups, advancing decentralized solutions, and accelerating the Web2-to-Web3 transition – laying the groundwork for a globally connected digital future, built in Vietnam.
