The saga continues...showed up for the 3:30am flight (19+ hours later) and the plane doesn’t have enough fuel...because for some reason there wasn’t enough time in the last 20 hours to make this wouldn’t be a problem. @Delta please start caring for the passengers on DL1891!

@Delta You’re missing the point. Were there literally no other crews available? Why do we have to wait for the same one to finish their break at an ungodly hour. And I did DM but got no response. I’ll make sure to include these “helpful” responses when filing my official complaint.

@Delta And I’m in contact with the help desk and in the Delta Sky Lounge and they are saying no direct options til Tuesday.

@Delta We boarded the plane TWICE only to have to fully deplane. I understand mechanical issues but no reason why we couldn’t get a new plane earlier. Now we have a new plane but await our mandatory crew rest and leave at 3:30am. Not humane.

@Delta you should really look into what’s happening with flight 1891 - pushing the departure time back 15 minutes for over 7 hours isn’t helpful - there’s no reason why we couldn’t get have a new plane yet
