@BCHL_Alberta actually closer to 0.6 (by april its 7/12 or 0.583). But that's also dependent on how many guys on a team have a birthday between now and April. It should roughly be between 0.5-0.6.

@BCHL_Alberta The problem with this is the age for each current team will keep going up as the year goes on until they hit the end of the regular season at which point the ages will be fixed. So by year end, all the ages will have increased by about 0.5. When you take this measurement matters

@SteveMcLean888 I don't think it's that crazy. Doubt the USHL is handing passes out to CHL scouts or NCAA teams just opening doors for CHL GM's to check in on their disgruntled players that want more ice time.

@GeneralsUpdates I think its going to be easier to rebuild going forward. Can sign FA's easier and sign late round guys from drafts 2/3 years old. Won't have to bottom out as hard.

@FutureBlueIce In either case, Nyman will find his way to the OHL somehow. If you're any kind of prospect you can't use the BCHL or USHL as a launching pad anymore.
