@cullenoncurling Goldline whites big advantage over hardline, go back watch team black moving rocks in the semis of the Scottie’s. Nevermind the movement players in the brier can create
@DailyFaceoff@frank_seravalli Karlsson worst move ever. Dubas since being named gm in Toronto has been giving out extra millions like it doesn’t matter his cap management is laughable
@cullenoncurling And with naming the wild cards a year in advance. Gets rid of residency rules for the last Scottie’s/brier before Olympic trials. Allowing 1 more curler without residency on the team if I’m not mistaken
@cullenoncurling The big difference now compared to other quads is declaring the wild cards a year in advance. Carey’s team would not be eligible for a Scottie’s wild card under the old rules due to ctrs standings. And now knowing Emily was stepping away next year they wouldn’t have a trails spot
@cullenoncurling So you can see how these kinds of moves are shocking now but under the old rules they would be easy to see as Kerri’s team would be guaranteed a Scottie’s wildcard either way, old or new rules and also getting a trials spot this year
@TSNCurling@TeamCareyCurl@team_ssturmay@EinarsonTeam Regardless of Karlee leaving, Team Einarson already has a Scottie’s entry from last year and would receive a trial spot from the points spot in season 24/25
