I expected some decent depth, but this is FAR MORE in depth than even I expected. Let me break down the core points and my strategy for you right now.
Every Gigling has 5 hidden stats.
- Explosiveness on Start
- Speed throughout
- Stamina preventing speed slow down
- Second wind speed at the end
- Track weather preference
There are only 2 key differences between uncommon and Giga racers.
- Rare Giglings have less variance. They will perform better more often, but can still get a worse stat at the start of a race than an Uncommon might.
- Rare Giglings also have more traits, not to be confused with stats. These are random bonus effects on top of everything that randomly affects it. Things like a speed boost at the start or end.
Traits can be 1 to 3 stars in quality, affecting how good it performs at different parts of the race. This will be the core identity you need to discover for your Gigling.
You can sabotage other Giglings or Buff yours throughout races using Gigling items.
Lastly, your Gigling will sit on a cooldown after racing.
As for the Strategy ๐
The difficulty here is going to be not conflating stats and traits. Does your Gigling just have a great speed stat, or is there a 3 star trait affecting it. The nuance is that looking at purely stats on a website will not uncover this nuance, only watching the Gigling race will help.
Here's a good example. Maybe your Gigling has a fantastic combo. Its Stamina and Finisher stat is excellent and it has an even bigger Finisher trait boost. But the Gigling has been run in longer races more often. If you watch 4-5 races you'll quickly notice that even though the other racers already finished, your Boi really brings it home, like nothing you've ever seen. Race him in a short sprint and watch him take Gold every time.
Well it's not really socialist or communist. I was more saying that it's flat corporate structure is maybe the closest thing to giving the means of production to workers, much like in the socialist handbook than really anything else that exists.
In that way it's maybe the closest to the ideal socialist utopia that works than anything else.
What people miss is that it accomplishes this due to capitalism, not in spite of it
So Deathmatch and Gigling Racing launch on Thursday.
Just wait til @origins_tcg announces Steam Demo on the same day or some shit.
Should I do a Stream sometime on launch day? We can just explore the new game modes and do whatever?
@gilbo852@DanielPriestley The point is its freedom, which is what capitalism is all about.
The freedom gives valve the ability to make that structure and the employees the ability to agree or disagree to it
@DanielPriestley Yeah and they've done incredibly well as well. Like you said, capitalism is really just a fancy word for 'freedom'. And you only get proper socialism, the utopian version within the borders of freedom
@CaffeinaWeb3@enggirlfriend Well it really is sad. There's literally nothing stopping the government's of the world from not taxing the bottom 50%.
Them making it out like they need more taxes at all is quite a beautiful scapegoat. Anyone who falls for it is pretty damn stupid
@ZigzagFG I have one of those google search accounts, it was a part of the process to get google sign in.
My site is javascript and not html, does that matter?
