@TheRAC_UK Is there a way to actually speak to a human being in your logistics department? After a breakdown 11 days ago, you told me my car would be with me within 3-5 days. Every day I email, and every day the estimate is put back without explanation.

Every time I've asked for a number to call to speak to someone, I've been told there isn't one - yet somehow I got a call from someone in logistics yesterday, who eventually agreed that the car had been with your contractors CMG for too long, and she was going to chase.

@RevolutApp Hi! Your FAQ pages say to reach out via chat to check if a business is eligible for an account, but you appear to need an account before you can chat? Is there any way to access chat without an account?

@virginmedia 5 mins before a Zoom call, my internet goes down and there's a Virgin Media van outside tinkering in the box. If it's planned, surely I should have been warned so I could reschedule!

@virginmedia If calling 150 tells me that you're "upgrading your network", and that's why I have no internet, is it fairly safe to say that this is planned maintenance and not a fault?

@virginmedia That's what I thought. It would be nice to have more honest messages, rather than it outright lying? It's not "upgrading your network" if you're fixing a fault. And if it is planned maintenance, you should probably warn your customers!

@virginmedia My dad isn't great with computers. He's spent hours on the phone to tech support because when he tries to access webmail, it just comes up with "Forbidden". They haven't been much help. Is there anything you can do to let him access his important emails?

@virginmedia As with everything nowadays, he relies on email for *everything*. It's more than just an inconvenience to not be able to get into it. Tech support told him blueyonder addresses had been switched off - but then we've received no warning of that, and mine still works?

@virginmedia Afraid we've already tried that. Different PCs, different houses. Webmail is not working - every time he logs in, 403 Forbidden. They gave him some long and complicated list of instructions (setting up a gmail account?) that he didn't really understand. How can I get this fixed?

He's logging in with the correct username and password (with a blueyonder address, if that helps), but when he logs it, it's 403 Forbidden)

@virginmedia Tried both Thunderbird and webmail. It seems to be working now though. Not sure why it went down (I guess there's no way to check the service status for the email platform?)

@virginmedia Hi. Half way through writing an email I now can't access my https://t.co/axTC8FK0lZ email, because "Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable". Any ideas what I can do to get back in?
