NEWS: 🛹The former Debenhams department store in Bristol has been transformed into 'Shredenhams' - a new pop-up skatepark occupying the empty retail spaces.

In April 2024 consent was given for demolition of the building, despite strong objections from C20 and Historic England. While this new meanwhile use is only temporary, could the building still be saved?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have spoken to First Mile. They have agreed to rectify this as soon as possible. We will follow up on this thread when we know more. At the latest it will be this evening, but we have asked them to clear it as soon as possible, we are just waiting on confirmation.

Celebrating 2️⃣0️⃣ years of Kingston First!

Our Summer Networking Event was a special one this year, celebrating an anniversary, with 20 years of supporting businesses and working to improve the town.

Over 60 people from Kingston's business community joined us, and as ever it was a great evening, full of conversation and connection, all with the Riverside as a backdrop.

Thanks to all the businesses who came and made the event the success it was.
