@GriffithsKlay@NedPerry14 Even someone independent away from the NWFL to conduct, implement and critique the data of the survey. Open it to all, coaches, umpires, players, supporters & volunteers. Keep it anonymous then just report facts/stats back to the NWFL. Discuss all topics.
@NedPerry14 This is the problem ‘the underneath’ is a matter of perspective. For some, it’s to get a high talent pathway successful, others get crowds back to games, some ensure every kid gets a go, others ensure girls/women’s footy has opportunities to grow, some it’s to get an even comp.
@NedPerry14 Dev team stocked with local Dev talent, credit to them.
Who’d have though? ex-TSL club, high population, numerous primary/high schools, good junior program, not many ‘up & about’ clubs within their region.
Would an old school NTFL be better for state footy? North Launie v Dev?
@NedPerry14 The PFC women’s team supports our Auskick/Superkick sessions every single week throughout the season & this is invaluable to our next gen coming through. So from my observations, they’re great club people.
@NedPerry14 Interesting, no where near the truth from my perspective. Unsure on the facts around the Sunday final but know a lot changed work shifts a few weeks out and it caused some frustration there.
@NedPerry14 Gotta be a balance for me. He will be fine. Watch him dominate the carnival in a couple of weeks.
Rare for you to not have a comment Dale, have you been shushed by the higher ups???
@NedPerry14 Poor by those who made this decision. Some great memories playing junior rep footy.
Let’s organise it Ned?
Best U18 of Smi/Wyn/Burn & Peng V best of Ulv/Dev/ED/Lat. Under lights at Penguin on a Friday night.
@NedPerry14 Some clubs have advantages of this list. Some have to work extra hard. Some prioritise aspects. Some neglect others. To think ‘why can’t other clubs just be like Dev?’. Isnt a true reflection on where NWFL footy is at.
Gotta look through the windscreen not the rear view mirror.
@NedPerry14 How can we compare direction, standards & programs without looking at all factors? Like junior programs, areas of growth, rival clubs, money, sponsors, facilities, population, school, womens/girls teams, volunteers. Areas Dev does very well.
