The suburbs have a major problem surrounding any type of public transportation that isn’t tied to a K12 bus or historically under funded municipal bus system that covers a very slim majority of the suburban land area. NewJeans' side releases official statement following court's decision, asserting they will not return to ADOR and confirming they will file an appeal:
