@IndiGo6E - there is no option on your payment page to pay using “pnr credit shell”. Customer service also cant book tickets for senior citizens. Please stop fleecing your customers, this is ridiculous after taking 50% money for cancellations. Please advise!

My husband tried to reason with him and said that I can get off at the next station and show you that the cards still have balance. At the next station, the card reader was right outside when the doors opened so my husband was able to show him. (4/8)

All the 3 cards had a balance of around $150 and were definitely tapped in before boarding. When the conductor checked with his beeper, it showed low funds which was NOT true. The conductor said to them “Get out of my train”, those were his words. (3/8)

My husband with our 6 month old baby and his parents who are pretty old boarded south bound train #408 at 3:41 from San Mateo station. He had tapped 3 clipper cards for the 3 of them before boarding the train. During their journey, the conductor came to check the cards. (2/8)
