and I found some really interesting speculation around the Season 3 airdrop

The obvious one. Total volume, fees paid + how consistently you traded could matter.

-> Spot traders

Some think spot volume could get a separate or even higher weighting since it’s much smaller than perps.

-> Active users

Not just one huge volume day active days/weeks + long term usage could matter more than pure farming

-> HIP-3 users

Trading stocks commodities and other builder deployed markets is one of the biggest S3 theories right now

-> HIP-3 builders

Teams actually deploying markets + bringing volume/users to Hyperliquid could potentially get their own allocation

-> HIP-4 users

This is probably the newest speculation

Outcome/prediction market activity might be tracked separately from normal perp volume

-> HyperEVM users

Bridging funds, swaps, lending, borrowing, LPing, vaults and interacting with different HyperEVM apps
