Saw this on Threads and I need to know who is actually wrong here. 😂

HR introduced a policy that every minute you’re late means 10 extra minutes after 5 PM.

An employee came in at 8:05 AM and worked till 5:50 PM.

The next day, they arrived at 7:54 AM and left at 4 PM.

Their explanation?

“I came 6 minutes early. By your policy, I earned an hour.”

Who is winning this argument HR or the employee? 😂
