I mean it really is ridiculous now.
I've been calling @iMile_KSA since the 26th with regards to a package that was marked as failed delivery.
I've now been informed the package is on it's way to JHB. My two previous calls they said it's on it's way to CPT.
I'm repeatedly told someone will contact me - I even gave my personal email address.
Zero contact has been made.
