I was interviewed three days after moving to SD about how the state can't get enough doctors, nurses, med. professionals to work here.

That was five years ago.

And bills like HB1080 are supposed to make that better? Are legislators sitting on medical review boards??

Personally, if this was an issue about families, I'd want to pass legislation that ensured children weren't going to consider ending their lives. I think that would have more of an impact on families than tested, prescribed, and professionally-monitored medical procedures.
