You really need to start recruiting people for the support team. Those template responses don't help the situation at all, and time is running out. The account was hacked more than a week ago and I still haven't received a response.

@discord_support Hi, off topic of the post but a couple of days ago my account was hacked and then banned due to a scammer who sent spam on my behalf. I sent two tickets appealing ban but they were automatically closed after a few minutes with a response from bot ,which doesn't help much.
