@VerizonSupport okay, I tried, I'll let your customer know, when they contact me about the hundreds of thousands in overage charges, I tried to let you know you had the wrong email and you didn't respond.
This isn't user error, the zip file is missing a directory, one that used to be there. It might be limited to my account due to the number of ECG waveforms I have.
@FitbitSupport I tried your website support, but they keep sending me instructions on how to run a data export, not reporting this to your dev team. As of 11/9 data export is broken. I'm missing the Heart directory that has ECG waveforms. Additionally export now takes much longer
@googlefi you might need to work on your reception around national parks like Crater lake. My wife couldn't send a text message with her Pixel 5A w/ 5G while she was there.
@googlefi Finally, only apps signed with your certificate can change network settings, as that requires UICC Carrier Privileges. So I can't even build something to fix this.
@googlefi why does your latest app update force 5G? In my area 5G results in dropped calls, slower/dropped network connections while using about 2x the battery power.
@googlefi Yeah, that no longer works with your latest app, it forces 5G on network change.
Also, the reason users can't just set their preferred network via standard android functionality is in the Carrier Configuration you set HIDE_CARRIER_NETWORK_SETTINGS to true. https://t.co/pzOS52ZuFf
@googlefi Here is the list of settings in your carrier configuration.

Oh! You might want a different icon when people are connected to 5G mm wave. Hiding information from users is never good. Just saying...
While moving (like in a car) I can see up to 25% packet loss with 5G. I haven't confirmed if it interferes with 911 calls yet, but if it does disabling people's ability to set a preferred network could result in FCC complaints.
