If a 16 seed just beat a 1 seed... You can go get that job. You can ask that girl on a date. You can finish that wing challenge. You can beat that person in fortnite. You can tell someone how you feel. You can finish that diet. You can do it. You can do anything. Go get it.

A phenomenal person & maybe the best teammate @HerdMBB has ever seen. 1000s of miles away from home, when playing time fluctuated, you could’ve gone home, but you stuck it out & never complained 1 time. Always brought energy w/ everything you did. Thank you Milan, it’s been fun https://t.co/SDo7IDyTLz

[Marshall Men’s Basketball @HerdMBB]

To all of fans, thank you for your support all season long! Thanks for sharing this journey with us!

Year 3 in the books. Kind of emotional because it’s crazy how fast time is flying by. Enjoying every step of the way and love this game more than I ever have. Back to the lab and can’t wait to see what’s on the horizon 💯💰🏀

[Kinsey Hall @kinsey_hall]

@SirTyler2012 How on earth could you think this was ok?

[Mad @madxmccloud]

Til next season Herd Nation! 🤘🏼 so thankful to have been part of this incredible journey! Forever a PROUD daughter of Marshall! 💚

[KD 🦬⚡️🦬 @SonOfMarshall]

Im not one to try to define what constitutes a “true fan”, but I’ll tell you this... I will watch every last second of this game. The painful losses are what lead to the exhilarating wins.

I’ll never waiver in my allegiance to Marshall University.

Go Herd

[Barstool Marshall @BarstoolMU]

No reason to have your head down boys. Predicted to finish 7th in conference USA to making it to the round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament. Herd Nation is proud of you.

[Downtown Huntington™ @DowntownHWV]

One loss will not diminish a historic season from @HerdMBB. Hold your heads high boys, you did good. #HerdNation #MarchMadness

[Abby Steele @Abby_Steele15]

Still rockin’ with the Herd. We made history, we shocked the world, we made it further than they thought, & that’s what’s important. So as always WE ARE...💚✊🏼🏀

[Thundering Herd Zone @TheHerdZone]

Tonight’s game didn’t go well, but this season has been nothing short of remarkable. Won a championship, made the big dance for the first time in 31 years, and won a game in the big dance for the first time ever. Hop onboard, this program is in for a special ride!

[Jordan♡ @jduty_]

Win or lose I’m a proud Marshall alumni. Way to go boys 💚

[Brooke Burkhammer @bbellomy3]

Proud of the @HerdMBB for never giving up and giving Huntington a reason to come alive again! Always cheering our hearts out for the Herd. Hope the Henderson Center is packed next season because these guys deserve it. #GoHerd

[Mike Michelli @Mike_Michelli]

Hell of a run. Proud of where the program is at. This group has set the standard for the foreseeable future. #WeAre Nova by 40

It's not the result we wanted, but what a season it's been.
Herd Nation, thank you for all of your support this season.
We hope you've enjoyed the ride, because we sure have.
