Unauthorised international transactions took place from my @AxisBank credit card even though international usage was disabled, even after repeated complaints to @AxisBankSupport not getting satisfactory reply simply copy pasting same reply

Tried paying SBI credit card bill twice on paytm app but failed both times without any proper reason. Help & support section with automated reply doesn’t give satisfactory reply. @Paytmcare @TheOfficialSBI
