@Airbnb host double booked our rental informing us 2 hrs before check in. Msgs/calls to Airbnb support result in “there is a high call volume but we’ll get back to you” 72 hrs and still waiting. @bchesky How do you justify this as a hospitality business? Please fix support ASAP.
