Enjoying helping out with tours of St Vincent Street Church tower today, pleased to see so many people interested in the building. Thanks to Glasgow City Property for letting us open the building. GDODF #GIA#AlexanderThomson#Glasgowheritage
@StevenMRobb@is_glasgow I think these were decorative parts of a refurbishment scheme carried out in the 00s by a young architect called Ed Taylor who apprenticed in sculptor Sandy Stoddart’s studio. He worked at Page\Park architects for a while and then branched out on his own.
Thank you! To the guys who stopped to give my car a push this morning when it went into meltdown at a busy junction in front of Hampden. Salt of the earth.

Govanhill Baths on Calder Street in the heart of Glasgow's Southside progresses in its refurb & eventual reopening. A totem & resource of all that is good in community self-organisation & resilience it will be great to see it reopen fully in the near-future. HT @GovanhillBaths
Sublimely satisfying couple of hours spent today at small, but perfectly formed, Bernat Klein exhibition @StudioPavilion in Bellahouston Park, on til 20th August. Worth it for lovely @ZMArchitecture building alone.
Congratulations to @konishigaffney for winning the GOLD AWARD in the Retrofit category for Greyfriars Charteris Centre; #scotdesign https://t.co/cxAxwTWWUc
