@StevenMRobb @is_glasgow I think these were decorative parts of a refurbishment scheme carried out in the 00s by a young architect called Ed Taylor who apprenticed in sculptor Sandy Stoddart’s studio. He worked at Page\Park architects for a while and then branched out on his own.
