گورنر خیبر پختونخوا وفاقی حکومت کی جانب سے تفویض کردہ صوبائی حکومتی امور انجام دے سکیں گے ۔ اعلامیہ

صوبائی اسمبلی کے علاوہ صوبے کے دیگر اداروں اور حکام کے تمام یا بعض اختیارات وفاقی حکومت کی ہدایت پر گورنر استعمال کر سکیں گے ۔اعلامیہ

خیبر پختونخوا اسمبلی کے اختیارات پارلیمان یا اس کے اختیار کے تحت استعمال کیے جائیں گے ۔اعلامیہ

وزیراعلیٰ، صوبائی وزراء، مشیران، معاونینِ خصوصی اور ایڈووکیٹ جنرل اپنے عہدے فوری طور پر چھوڑ دیں گے ۔اعلامیہ
