I’ve noticed that President Ruto has learnt from Uhuru’s mistakes. He has NOT said it’s a 50-50 govt in his deal with Rigathi Gachagua. He has NOT promised 50% Govt to mt Kenya. He outlaid KPIs & rewards. He also states he is in control. It’s his ship. That I respect and admire!!
