SVP Government & Industry Relations at AEM. Passionate about U.S. manufacturing and the equipment that makes it all happen. Opinions are my own. #IMakeAmerica
“ . . . From the beaches of Normandy to the mountains of Afghanistan, we have fought and died together,” he said. “That Canada could be considered a national security threat to the United States is inconceivable.” via @sdonnan https://t.co/h0EEnqErdc

Policy certainty matters. Seasonal limits on E15 continue to undercut ethanol demand and deny rural communities a straightforward, bipartisan win.
E15 supports stronger rural economies and gives consumers more choice, including potential savings of 10 to 30 cents per gallon. It is time for Congress to finish the job.

AEM members met with Ontario provincial leaders to advocate for policies that strengthen manufacturing and drive economic growth during our first Queen’s Park Day.
60,000 jobs in Ontario. $9.4B in GDP. Our industry is integral in helping build, feed, and power Canada and the province.
America cannot grow its equipment manufacturing industry without a strong and skilled workforce. Manufacturers continue to face significant labor shortages, with hundreds of thousands of unfilled jobs across manufacturing and 42,000 unfilled positions specifically within equipment manufacturing.
The future being built and made in America depends on the policy choices made today. Equipped to Manufacture provides a practical and solutions‑oriented agenda to strengthen the equipment manufacturing industry and the communities it supports.
A strong Farm Bill means certainty for farmers, equipment manufacturers, and rural communities. It’s time for Congress to move forward with policy that supports innovation, productivity, and long‑term stability across American agriculture.
It was great to welcome @SecretaryLCD, @RepChuckEdwards, @RepShreve, @RepMaloyUtah to @conexpoconagg to discuss the role equipment manufacturing plays in building strong communities nationwide. From workforce development to infrastructure investment and supply chain resilience, these conversations help advance policies that support manufacturers, job creators, and the people who keep America building.
From the cotton gin to precision agriculture, innovation has always powered American farming. Passing a new Farm Bill is critical to sustaining that progress through research, conservation, and advanced technologies.
