SBI atleast should come forward and talk to buyers & settle… rather than facing issues of wrong deeds of few corrupt officers.

All the gala/unit purchasers have paid nearing 89% of total purchase value and in addition, various taxes & collector premium. But to our misery, till date (today in June’2018), we are not in possession of our galas/units and fighting a battle.

Initiated by the builder/promoters – Kamla Corporate Park in 2009 and taken over by Metallica Industries Limited in 2011. Promised to complete the project & deliver galas/units in November’2013 but since then repetitive promises have been made and failed.
