Yes there have been reports about solar explosions but let me educate you on this the major problem about this report is wrong connection, overloading and using non quality product

For wrong connection a lot of installers are greedy, some don't know what they are doing forget the English they are speaking on social media. some don't know what they are doing for the greedy ones they will collect your money then use wrong Dc wire to do the connection which is mainly what cause the fire outbreak also they will go and buy cheap material for the client like a system that needs 600w they will buy 550w which is wrong

For overloading this mainly burn the system in this case some Clint will want to use 1m to get a system that will carry your fridge and Ac which is not possible the installer or engineer will tell the client what to do and the load to apply he will go and do something else which may cause explosion

Buying non Quality product yes a lot of product are in the market like a lot some content creator now even go to China to advertise and bring producys even without knowing anything about solar if you use good and strong brands you will not have any problem with solar some of this non quality product burn after sometimes during usage

This paper is absolute comedy once you stare at it for a bit. She mentions the architecture having fewer parameters than a Resnet and then proceeds to mention that it is based on a Mobilenet model(so there shouldn't be any bragging about efficiency here, you use mobilenets for constrained compute). And then move on to this section with big claims and see this joke of an "architecture design" section. You can probably brute force your way through it though using intelligent guesses.
