#british airways holidays please answer my emails. I am very keen to have response/communication with you. It seems you have massive problems at the moment. I have been very loyal gold card member for over 10 years.. and donโt really wish to totally switch to other carriers..

BA have cancelled flight for me and 7 mates do would have missed round of golf (I know, first world problem!). Anyway, they only offer three options that I can respond to via text. None are relevant but I have to respond by 14th.. help
I am getting totally disenchanted with British Airways. Flights cancelled, impossible to talk to anyone on telephone. Ignore emails. No idea how to keep track of the 1000s pounds of evouchers. Anyone got any suggestions? Easy jet proving to be a pleasant alternative..
