On behalf of the great people of Kenya @thekhrc and I have filed a petition in the High Court under Certificate of Urgency challenging the recently-signed Computer Misuse and Cyber Crimes Bill hurriedly and secretly signed by the President into law on 15/10/2025.
Frame 1: Simon Warui, 26yo, killed at the Mombasa Central Police Station
Samson Wanda Ouma,35yo, also Kitale Central Police Station.
The Murderous regime is after young blood.
Young people are being killed in police stations on daily basis.
What about those whose stories don't reach the internet?
Is this one even a country?
#RutoMustGoNow
The petition to recall Esther Passaris has been received by the IEBC. We are waiting for confirmation then we will tell you when to append your signatures. #ByebyePassaris
Kaongo and his government have billions to renovate state house, distrubute to groups for politics, build a billion church and steal yet they don't have money to support free education and health programs started by Kibaki and Uhuru. This is a National agenda that Ruto must Go.
Ruto is cutting funding for free education yet stealing 44 billion through eCitizen? But somehow there's money to renovate State House? Meanwhile, Kindiki is busy touring villages using the same looted eCitizen funds.
It is total madness to declare that funding education is unsustainable, while simultaneously committing public resources to the following:
✅ An exponential rise in State House recurrent expenditure from KSh 4.2 billion to KSh 11.7 billion, an astonishing 176% increase largely driven by non-essential spending like luxury travel, entertainment, and political crowd mobilization.
✅ Lavish renovations of presidential lodges across the country…. billions spent on comfort, at the cost of education for Kenya’s children.
✅ Over Ksh100 million disbursed weekly to the so-called “empowerment programme” that amounts to a facade, masking large-scale misappropriation of public funds.
✅ Construction of a KSh 1.2 billion church on public land, a project shrouded in controversy and devoid of national consensus.
✅ Capitation funds directed to non-existent schools, draining resources meant for genuine learners.
✅ Millions spent airlifting MPs, a political theatre designed to mask failure and manufacture consent for a “tutam”.
✅ An open marketplace of political loyalty, where public money is used to “buy” politicians whose price tags seem to rise by the day.
So I ask, what truly is the priority of this administration?
Because from where we stand as citizens, it appears the systematic erosion of public education is not a matter of fiscal constraint, but a political choice. A choice to mortgage the nation’s future in exchange for short-term optics, patronage networks, and personal comfort.
Let us be clear on this, a nation that abandons education abandons its future. And history will not be kind to those who made that choice.
I demand the immediate and unconditional release of @bonifacemwangi.
Arresting a Kenyan for peacefully expressing dissent is a gross abuse of power and a direct violation of Articles 33, 37, and 49 of the Constitution.
The misuse of anti-terror laws to target activists is not only unlawful but dangerous. Parliament did not enact those statutes to be used as weapons against citizens seeking accountability. This must stop. Kenya is a constitutional democracy, not a police state. The right to protest, criticize government, and demand change is protected by law, not punishable by arrest. #ActivistsAreNotTerrorists

The @WilliamsRuto regime must end its alarming tactic of slapping activists and protesters—who are resisting authoritarianism—with trumped-up terrorism-related charges. This troubling escalation is evident in today’s abduction of @bonifacemwangi and reports that the DCI is planning to charge him with terrorism. The DCI must immediately release Mwangi and drop all malicious charges.
I demand the immediate and unconditional release of @bonifacemwangi.

Allow me to thank LSK, led by our president @Faith Odhiambo and every advocate who has taken Gen-z matters pro-Bono.
Thank you for holding forte!
You truly make the oath we took count!
Kipchumba Murkomen, before you open your mouth to parrot state propaganda, at least pretend to think.
Which police station did she break into?
Your small-minded obsession with blaming victims says more about your character. This is not the bar brawl you thrive in. It’s a nation in mourning.
