Yes, harsh decisions by NFRA or ICAI can be painful. Now you guys want unity? So for a start, why don't members stand with students in demanding three attempts for finalists as well, starting with this Sep 24 attempt? Actions speak louder than words. #castudents

The way all CAs are reacting on the penalty on the @kdhiraj123 Ji's firm is rude, wrong and unfortunate.

At one side, we talk about the unity amongst lawyers and doctors, one other hand we as fraternity are celebrating this brutal order.

At one side, we complaint about increasing government interference in ICAI's work and CA Profession per se, on other hand we are supporting it.

Believe me guys, he may not be guilty to the extent NFRA is playing it because he is a big wall and if he is down, anybody wont ever have spine to oppose.

We may have our own agreements and disagreements but this is the time we should stand with one of our own.

ICAI created the May 24 mess by having a Sep 24 attempt, without forewarning us. It should at least “democratise” Sep 24 if it still thinks it’s student friendly. I hope it gets a nice dressing down in the SC,so that it doesn’t take such impulsive decisions in future. #castudents

I don't understand why ICAI is hell bent on screwing up the CA finalists. If u cant postpone just give us an opt out to Sep or even better make it 3 attempts for us also. The indifference shown by ICAI to our genuine concerns is astonishing.... #castudents

So ICAI,when will u be issuing that postponement or opt out notification,so that we can stop worrying abt exam centres, voting, fighting court cases, running social media campaigns & just be normal students again. You know, you have to issue it before the exams right? #castudents

Far away centers,new syllabus,a voting challenge,ICAI has made appearing for the exams an obstacle course. Now with the matter in the SC,if it cannot be postponed the least ICAI can do is provided an opt out option like during the Covid days & let the students decide #castudents

#castudents from 16 states and one Union Territory which includes disabled students as well, moves court against the #caexams which are going to be conducted by #icai during elections.

Several students have been requesting to reschedule it.

Traveling & then standing in a queue, in heat wave conditions for a few hours, to vote, aren't the kind of adventures you indulge in, a day or even a week before CA exams. The logic is that simple ICAI....Pls postpone, don't take away our voting rights....

MPPSC Exam 2024 originally sheduled for 28 Apr Postponed to 23 June. Ofcourse they could have said vote on 26th & then give the exam on 28th. But they didnt..... #castudent #caexams
