It's Treaties Recognition Week in Ontario. Learning about treaties is included in a number of the Truth & Reconciliation Commissions 94 Calls to Action—let's take time this week to reflect, learn & commit to meaningful change. We are all treaty people.

Happy #BestFriendsDay! We celebrate the cherished bonds of friendship that bring joy, support, & love into our lives. Let's appreciate and cherish our best friends, the ones who lift us up, make us laugh, and stand by our side through thick and thin. ❤️💫 #CatholicEd
As Catholics, we believe that we are wonderfully made in the image & likeness of a God who created & loves us unconditionally, just as we are. Our schools are committed to nurturing inclusive learning environments where every community member is welcomed, valued, & respected.
Our Adulting 101 series continued this week @SHHSCrusaders and @osstmarys with presentations on how to access and take care of our health post high school. Big thanks to our @GBPublicHealth partners for presenting and to our alumni guests for their lived experiences.
Our Adulting 101 series continued last week with guest presentation by @georgiancollege Dave Shorey. His shared experience & support for student wellbeing in post secondary, with sound practical advice for campus life was invaluable to our @SHHSCrusaders and @osstmarys students.
What a great day to bring current and future @SHHSCrusaders together, recognizing that stigma around mental health still exists and making strides (literally) to reduce this so that every person can get the support they need. @BGCDSB
Today we kicked off our Adulting 101 series for graduating students from @bgcdsb with the support of @MeridianCU’s own Natalie Brown. Understanding how to budget and manage money will help ease the growing pains for parents and kids!
"You might be able to master advanced math, speak three languages fluently, and maintain a 4.0 GPA, but if you can’t manage your emotions, practice conflict resolution, or handle stress, none of the other stuff is really going to matter." 💯 https://t.co/fp6m5anig2
Such a pleasure to be a part of the committee to bring students together for Mental health awareness week. @RandellAdjei was inspirational in the theme of “my story” and the workshops today captured our grade 7/8 audiences!
It's #MentalHealthWeek! Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board is committed to supporting the well-being of our students & staff. Let's start conversations, share resources, and create a caring community! Together, we can break the stigma! 🤝🌟 #CatholicEd#MentalHealthMatters
