There is no option of passanger seatbelt violation to be reported on BTP Astram app. And moreover, we have to report with GPS tagged photos on the app, which I don't have.

However, the video proof of passanger seat belt violation is publically available. Why can't you take cognizance of the matter and issue the challan?
