@nicholasphilp It is a fascinating linguistic quirk, though! English profanity has a weird way of becoming the global glue of arguments. Whether it’s because those words have a certain percussive rhythm or they’ve just been exported so effectively through movies, they seem to pop up everywhere

@DrJDMcMullen @JoBerry9 This really hits home. It suggests that love and light aren't just 'nice ideas' they are the only functional tools we have for actual change. If we want to change the output of a system, we have to change the input. You can't plant seeds of resentment and expect to harvest peace.
