@MieleUSA Need Miele technician, not third party service partners who don’t seem to understand Miele products. We’ve read most of the installation and user guides a d had to tell Wilshire Appliances and others how most of the products work. They’re better with the US brands.
@MieleUSA I have 20+ Miele appliances in two homes. Your coffee makers and dish washers are solid and reliable. Your wine cabinets and laundry washers and dryers are terrible. I really regret going with the full Miele set up …your USA customer service ops need new leadership!
@Dyson Fire your customer service lead! Still waiting to speak with a supervisor after 25 minutes. No way to call if call is disconnected! This is my third! You guys suck.
@Dyson Your outsourced customer ‘service’ is awful. I’ve been on hold for 20+ mins to follow up on a return. After buying more than a dozen vacuum cleaners, air filtering machines, hair dryers, etc I will stop because your damn CS is terrible: slow and useless. #Dyson#CS#Sucks!
@Ryanair Worst flying experience 25+ years. I heard RA was bad but this was worse than expected. Lots of petty charges, more than 3x the ticket price. Delayed my golf back from Scotland to Ireland. Getting reimbursement was a pain. @EU should investigate business practices!

@elonmusk Charging used to be a simple thing. It has become less predictable with fluctuating Kw speed especially in hot areas. This one at EddieWorld in Yermo, a popular and great charging station. Very frustrating when one spends $160K …
@elonmusk Great 2C Tesla's growth. Services is still bad. My MS P100D has MCU issues. Las Vegas service center told me to upgrade to MCU2 for $1700. The car has 16K miles! Have referred many friends in US/China to buy Teslas. Was I wrong? Wanted an MX to replace Audi, not sure now.
@Apple when can we expect some improvements on your email client? It’s way over due! My colleagues and I have been tempted to replace numerous times. Why is it not a priority?

@elonmusk: It would be NICE to be able to sched service appts, etc from the T App. Tried multiple times to sched via website but page is NOT loading. Called three times, waiting time 25, 30 and 22 min. Emailed local service center but nothing. Very disappointed MS P100D owner.
