Does anyone think a 2 hr wait time is acceptable from @TheAA_UK ? then when you decide to cancel the call out and get a tow home, to be told to pay a call out charge (£120) if you want a patrol to diagnose the fault at home? 7 years (Gold card) member with next to no call outs!

@TheAA_UK Thanks but I now need to complain re handler, refused to discuss the case with me,apparently “dealt” with colleague that authorised free home call out (since I’d recovered car) refuting my claims of factual inaccuracy. Miss Kate Hibcuss is solely responsible for my leaving AA!!
