@GregLehman I dont have X- Ray vision so I actually cant see it... I acknowledge the existence of pain, try to avoid bone-on-bone metaphores. Focus on what the patient is able to do, and try to improve upon that.
I trained as a MT and spent years learning to crack, pull and push - with lots of crazy beliefs attached. Now looking at my tool box for managing people with MSK pain I see MT as a limited tool. In people who are disabled and have low self-efficacy I actively try not to use it. https://t.co/ntfdOh2O2D
I know the New GDPR guidelines is supposed to protect me from unwanted info, but it kinda feels like spam when I recieve 10+ mails a day to tell me you`re changing the T&Cs due to the GDPR... THANK YOU I GOT IT NOW!
Provocation tests just tell if the pelvic structures are sensitised / but it doesn’t tell me why - the keys for this is in the story and examination - luckily most are modifiable. The tests can also be a great way to show people how strong the pelvis is! https://t.co/3NMTsSSdgh
Imaging for #LowBackPain is both "OVERUSED when NOT INDICATED" and "UNDERUSED when INDICATED". Clinicians missing the boat twice. Excellent paper and review for low back pain imaging.

@ACunningham54 @AdamMeakins Agree, would be better to explain it as 'progressive strength training /conditioning'. Still alot of variables, but slightly more specific than 'physiotherapy' which could mean anything if seen by a physiotherapist.
