PlayStation fans are planning a week-long blackout to protest Sony's disc-less gaming future:
“Players can participate by turning off their consoles or logging out for seven days. We feel this period gives publishers and developers minimal impact while still giving players a voice.”

Rockstar has confirmed that GTA 6’s retail “physical” edition is just a download code in the box, and those codes don’t work the same way on every platform its region-locked on PS5
>For PlayStation 5:
-Download codes are region-locked.
-Rockstar recommends buying the game from a retailer in the same country/region as your PSN account to avoid activation issues.
-Importing a cheaper copy from another region may leave you with a code you can’t redeem.
>For Xbox Series X|S:
-Rockstar says Xbox download codes are not region-locked, making imported copies much easier to use.
In Japan, PS5 GTA 6 download codes expire 170 days after launch due to local regulations. That expiration does not apply globally.
You will own nothing
Some folks don’t believe that a “principled AI company” would destroy books after they suck out all the information for their models, even one-of-a-kind books and manuscripts.
Here it is admitted in open court.
This is a great way to handle the Flock Camera issue.
We all should use this speech at our own city council and say we have decided to join Shepard safety 😁
It turns out Flock Safety Cameras love and demand privacy, but only for themselves and their employees
- Flock business location says you can’t film
- Flock moved locations but they instructed the old building to not give out their location to anyone asking
- Security guard at Flock building says he doesn’t consent to being filmed and he doesn’t want to be “under surveillance”
Here’s where it gets really crazy
- The new flock building is identified but they won’t put their name on the building, or on any of the building signs
- Security won’t confirm Flock is in the building
- No one is allowed to film, no one is even allowed to access any floors in the building
Flock demands extremely privacy, but only for themselves
Americans must be under surveillance but for them, you can’t even film outside an old building…. Amazing….
A new report claims PlayStation could be using social media bots to defend its decision to stop making physical game discs.
According to Moore’s Law Is Dead, AI was used to analyze accounts posting in support of PlayStation’s digital-only future.
The report says many of those accounts looked suspicious, with recent creation dates, AI-generated profile pictures, and very similar posting patterns.
