I had a kettle collected for instated replacement on June 6th and I'm still waiting , after numerous promises from Curry's and nobody ever calls you back. I have lost my faith

@currys It has been about 2 months since I started contacting you with my continuous problems, not getting anywhere. Nobody ever actually does anything, although the apologies are frequent. Waiting for an kettle with instant replacement for 4 months. Next DM @BBCWatchdog

@currys still waiting for my instant replacement kettle 3 months after it was collected from my house. Nobody ever calls me back and I am losing my patience with this terrible service 🤬. PS I don't want another apology for the terrible service, just give me my kettle.

@currys Hi, I'm back chasing my missing kettle again, which was supposed to be replaced on instant replacement in 3 days and I still haven't received it after nearly 3 months. I think I've spoke to your customer services more than my own family, why do they never call me back ?

@currys I was asked to send my details in a private message, so my problem, waiting over 2 months for a replacement kettle and still waiting despite numerous messages, emails, webchats and 50 minute phone calls could finally be sorted. Its not so what now ?

@currys 2 months waiting for a kettle replacement that I bought with " instant replacement" and it still hasn't arrived. Phone every week to be told someone will phone me back within 48 hours and nobody ever does. My kettle wouldn't boil but my blood is boiling. 🤬
