@maveinlux Not entirely untrue. Who is responsible? Only the Govt? No, people are also equally responsible for the mess. Lack of even basic discipline, hygiene, corruption & "chalata hai" approach etc are the main issues. Votebank centric shortsighted politicians also have their fair share
