@madelinedorroh I'm doing NaNo this year as a Nano Rebel, and using the month to try to clear out a personal project that's been on my desk a little too long.

Good luck with your project!

Before it dissipates - Proof that I am a (misspelled) force of nature! (I've been waiting for this all season. I'm weird. I know.)

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Shikyo_Tenshi @winds_solar Thank you! :)

@Gymshoes_ To me, they're all different things. It's kind of whatever tumbles out of my mouth first. So, today this might be a whatchamacallit. Tomorrow, it might be a doohickey.

That's why I say that poll needs context.

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Gymshoes_ I, um...yeah.... ;)

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Gymshoes_ I don't think we've ever seen any sign that Ewoks eat their own, but I'm really not that familiar with much beyond the movies.

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Gymshoes_ Well... #VegetariamEwok #RareSelfie

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Gymshoes_ Well, at one point, it's Luke and Han. And those Stormtrooper helmets had to come from somewhere. :D #TeamMurderbears

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@Gymshoes_ @insertscenehere I love this stitch. We have a couple of little Christmas trees done in it somewhere around here. (Someone else made them. I have very limited crochet experience.)

To all the beautiful creatives out there struggling with self-doubt, or who have been under fire this week: Be who you are. Believe in your work.

@ChanVintsonVA If it makes you feel any better, a couple of years ago a friend had their outdoor wedding threatened by a hurricane. They managed to get the ceremony done and everyone into the reception hall before the storm rolled in. Think positive. :)

I'm not much of a fan of bourbon. Not terribly Southern of me, I know, but I make up for it with bourbon praline ice cream and cheesecake, so this intrigues me...and it's available locally.

[Rebecca Thomas @kirylin]

@MaryMorganVoice Yeah, getting past self-doubt is rough (to say the least).

But asking questions is a great way to approach a project. Maybe focus more on what you want to do rather than what others have done until you have an idea of what you want to do. Then see if it's been done already.
