@fobita I remember my uncle returned from work a few days after Celtel launched with one of those brick-sized phones. Man, touching it could cost you! He was one of the very few in Naguru who owned one then. Funny enough, I don’t remember ever seeing him make or receive a call on it.

@assempebwa This shouldn’t happen in 2026, bro. A generator with an ATS costs less than a day’s collection. ATS detects a power outage & safely switches the load to the generator. We used to do this during our NGO days with far less than the billions we read about in toll collections.
