Considering KADEX was showing of vehicles with drone jammers installed on them... that takes it down to ATGMs... which have always been why you have infantry near.

@RRollplaying Every campaign that I've seen try to run the game without encumbrance always implements it in some form. Any strength check to lift something is recognizing that the PC's have strength limitations.

At some point the DM will say something is absurd.
