I understand frisking & baggage scans are done before allowing us to commute, however KYC is key for metro cards.🙏

@cpro3naamametro unbelievably silicon valley of India can't block lost namma metro smartcards & transfer balance to a new card, I lost 1100₹ today. the city was far advanced in 2002 when we had kiosks to pay bescom bills when no other city had it. Wake up from your slumber BMRCL
