AC cannot be installed and has to be returned. As the return period is over, Flipkart is refusing to take back the product and GodrejService is also not helping us with the installation.The service engineer is too rude!

I Recently ordered a GodrejAC from FK.The installation wasnt assigned until the return period was over.
After contacting FK service,they arranged for installation and the service person said the AC has no Gas(1).

At first, they sent me a fake product where the serial numbers were mismatching, box was tampered.
Once that was replaced, the next time I have received a different product for which I have attached the proof.(2/3)
