@BhimArmyChief Complete Failure of law and order and open dadagiri of casteism Rakshaks , heart goes out to the poor children and wife who had to undergo this , losing a father and husband , and suffering casteism humiliation on top of that
@newsmike25 There should be a strict law for this, stopping a genuine ambulance rush should be a criminal offence , and person stopping it , whether police or politician or anybody should be punished
Visuals of open gundagardi and hooliganism at CJP protests , police welcoming Goondas and catching hold of person who has been thrashed , Civilian Cars carrying supposed batons and police giving z+ security to that car , and helping it escape , (Work from home/Mufti )policeman and policewoman heckling protestors , One goonda punching a girl in the face and dragging her by collar in front of police , getting an idea of the rot in system and society today. Justice and Truth shall
And should prevail .
Recently, one evening , I had taken my toddler son to the play area , and my neighbours kids were playing with my son. They were elder by 2-3 years. While playing, as I was noticing , one kid asked me what was the surname of my son, to which I surprisedly replied. Kid went again and asked my surname . I can’t think of any better reason why and whether the kids were taught at home to know the surnames of other kids before playing with them. I was little amused and also surprised by the supposed topics being taught to kids at homes.

@skjsaurabh@VishalGulati_ Cars jammed in tourist location , is it a true sign of healthy growing economy ? Pls think what section of population would own cars and come on holiday and whether it’s a true representation of overall population ?
Is the fear of law so weak that atrocities are still going on . proper action should be taken against this family . It is now way to treat humans .
At same time , I’m concerned by misuse of SC/ ST act as seen in some cases , which takes away the credibility of this law, and genuine cases like the one above may be misjudged . Sc st community and leaders should be careful not to let this law be misused .
@Kab_Jaogi_Tai Definitely they should resign for coming out with such bogus , how could they even imagine that this would convince their members , isn’t it so obvious they are hands in gloves with IBA, they failed to fight for our issues and they failed us , may be with ill intent
First of all five day work week concept doesn’t belong to IT, IT may be one of the earlier industries to adopt this on a large scale in India . So it’s foolish to think five day work week belongs to just IT , sir all major financial agencies , DFS, Central govt depts all are having five day work week. And along with hardships of IT job, you should also mention the advantages like jumping ship with salary hikes , work from home for how long years , flexible log in log out time, so that you can plan your family outings , personal chores during break time, moonlighting, leisure / physical activities break , cafeteria facility and breaks, top class facilities and infrastructure , good crèche facilities for kids , no rural posting, no transfer punishments , no government implementation, no election duties , and what not , which we cannot even dream about in banking or other government jobs . So all jobs have their pros and cons , which are debatable . But five day banking has a lot to do with managing physical and mental stress due to shortage of staff and work overload. So that we can get little more quality time for our health and family .
Agreed to your opinion. After all we bankers and our families are also part of public and we also have our pending personal works. We are welcome to the idea of seven day banking on rotational basis , give two days off on rotation basis.
We have our betterment of health, welfare and personal family life , public gets full seven day service . But who will convince our masters the government to make this happen. Hence the strike call was given.

@AdarshWritess But we’re not comparing to MNCs, we’re comparing to RBI , NABARD, LIC, NPCI, and other Central govt depts, hope you know they’re working for five days a week
@Debug_life_13@mjdiaries3 Alas, but when our own union pushes us down a cliff , with promise to show a better view , what is left but to go on with our duties and regret and disgust in our hearts .
After facing public backlash and humiliation for demanding five day banking and for going on agitation , after management with their cringy ads painted us as villains and themselves as saviours , today we feel betrayed by our own union leadership , who have again deferred strike based on committee formation assurances and so called concrete developments very shortly without any fixed timeline .
Same joomla happened last time and deferred strike on last day with union assuring result within one month. Years passed.
Again same joomla happened .
Public and management be like - these idiots deserve this and don’t deserve five day banking.
Betrayal and backstabbing ki bhi Seema hoti hai. @UFBUIndia
And condolences to the two bankers who lost lives trying to get to office on Sunday . It could have been avoided.
