@ilong4livia You paid for a service that wasn't delivered to the standard agreed on, so they need to correct. Check any disclaimers they have though because they often cover themselves pretty well for circumstances like these. I am sorry for your kilim :(

@ilong4livia Traditional Kilim can often be dyed with vegetable dyes. Maybe yours took hold of those stains/spots and the standard shampoo just wasn't right for it. Either way, you paid for a service (especially if you specifically mentioned the discolouration you wanted addressed).
