@POferriesupdate Thanks, but your updates are very variable. Can i suggest that you set yourselves a target of hourly updates on departure times (and delays)? That way, we (your customers) know we can rely on this information. It seems to be totally random at the moment.

@PoD_travelnews Can I suggest that your screens showing departures times, etc, are higher and in more locations. They are not visible for most of your customers sitting their allocated lanes.
